I guess you get what you pay for. I called in for pickup. Large Peperroni Pizza on thin crust and cheesy pepperoni bread. I had just recovered from COVID so when I got there I called and the store and let them know I had rather not come in just in case. No please, no thank you on phone or when another brought my order and quickly dissapeared. If course no thanks or anything sounding like we appreciate your order. Unfortunately some get it some don't underarms. Here's the secret. First. Be freaking nice be respect full and let them know you sincerely appreciate your business no matter how big or how small, that you they could go some place else they all could go some place else the what. Btw, my wife and I enjoyed the thin crust pepperoni pizza and the cheesy proud was good but overloaded with Gaelic. No bag for the two boxes, also no forks or knives of course no napkins or no parmesan. Cheap, It's appears they dont know how to run a business and their hospitality skills are weak. Saying all that I probably give them at least one more...
Read moreOrdered the facnceroni pizza and had it delivered. Pizza didn't have nearly as many pepperoni as advertised and crust didn't have the cheese to the edge of the crust. Basically I was verrrry disappointed.. I took my pizza back and asked for my pizza to be remade or my money back.. The girl behind the counter who is I think is the managers relative was terrible, rude and very unprofessional towards me. She refused my request which wasn't unreasonable..money back, remake or pizza credit...she told me the pizza was made right and it clearly hadn't. She was very confrontational about this 12 dollar pizza. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused to give me his name. She took it so personal. I got ready to walk out and some guy that worked there heard me out and attempted to make it right. She was infuriated by this and started yelling and slamming boxes... all this over a 10-12 dollar pizza.. I will never be back and I encourage others not to go as well. Argue over a 10 dollar pizza but lost possibly hundreds of dollars in...
Read moreSo the menu says it is $7 for a one topping round pizza and $3 to add stuffed crust. The cashier/manager argued with me that it was almost $12 for the pizza. I don't understand why they have false advertising and will not sell what is on their menu. All I wanted was a cheese pizza with stuffed crust..obviously it should have been $10 before tax..not almost $12. My kids love Little Caesars but I will not come back to this or the near by establishment due to very poor service and false advertisement. On top of it all the young lady decided to ramble off due to my questioning ( I am assuming she was cursing me out in her native tongue from the way she was acting). I literally had to sit and watch my pizzas being made to make sure she didn't mess them up on purpose. The owners should find reliable, nice people to manage their establishment..not teenagers who can't even treat customers like people. Again I will never come back here and I hope people realize the same and decide to...
