Just about everything was cold!!! Complaints fall on worse than deaf earz. None of them understand English unless you're ordering drinks!!! Tbey chargex me $41+ for 2 meals that we barely ate because it was terribly undesireable and cold. The man brings out a little at a time to fill the buffet style bars of which they do have many with a large variety to choose from but after what hubby and I experienced, we would say that none of them are kept. That's the proper temperature for the food b. Edible, this place needs to be sighted for many violations and shut down. Much of the food had been sitting for quite a while, and you could tell By the way, things were not as fresh Much of what I put on my plate. I tried to eat because I was starving when I went there. Ready to sit down and have a good dinner? But apparently we made a wrong, an expensive mistake. That way then I had to learn from that we will not ever becoming to this establishment again! When I complained that the food was cold and they only told me that fresh was put out only for me to get up. And get what I thought was fresh only to find out.It was also cold. Hubby has had weight loss surgery so he doesn't eat a lot anyways, but he tried knowing I would end up having to pay full price for a full adult size buffet. Yet, he tried the dessert bar and after his experience of hard cake and what looked like old stale, something on the plate, I decided not even to bother with that bar. The rest of the bars or equally as cold with old sweet potato in the fried one and sesame balls that were hard as a rock that I could have bounced like a ball for playing jax! The sushi for whatever reason, was Not that bad, but you eat sushi cold. So I guess that was alright, though it did fall apart not like sushi. I've had anywhere else. Maybe the rice was not made like the typical sticky rice made for making sushi. The seafood delight was ice cold and they stuffed crab, left, Hey, texture and taste in my mouth. That was for sure, not a desired one. And upon leaving, I had terrible pains in the left side of my abdomen, which lasted all through the night until I finally gave in to take an advil. I was fine when I walked in there. Other than the aches and pains of moving for the last eleven days. All I wanted was a good meal. And since it's right up the street from my new house, I thought, why not try them out, rather than going to the hibachi place that i've been to before and loved over on Watson. So like I said, an expensive lesson learned not to ever go to this...
Read moreWe rolled in for dinner, adults $9.35 & kids $5.95, tea or soft drinks were $1-2. I asked about AYCE Crab legs... they did not offer that but did sell them at a pound for $15.95. So, yea... that was a pass. There is quite a selection here. I observed 7 islands of food: 2 dessert, 1 salad, 1 sushi, and the rest were hot bars. Not going to compare this to Panda Express because they are different in my eyes. One is a single plate restaurant, and the other allows you an unlimited selection of several varieties of flavor offerings... Going in with this expectation of the latter... I believe that you'll enjoy the choices for the most part. If you're expecting P.F. Changs or Benihana quality. Well, I think you're setting yourself up for disappointment without even reading this review's text. Decent food, good flavors, and a full belly for...
Read moreHorrible food and horrible service. They even fried the sushi, who eats cooked avocado and cream cheese? They should call it fried finger foods cause that what it was. The only thing Chinese in there was the workers. I never seen so many variations of Imitation crab meat, that it scared me. The food overall didn't even appear to be fresh. And some of the food had a sour smell. I even got the eerie feeling like I was being watched. My first and last experience. As I paid my I politely expressed to the cashier/ owner that it was my first time there and I was not happy with the service or food he said that I was picky eater. I reminded him after he took my money, you didn't speak , greet or give eye contact, no thank you come again. I had to speak to you first. Again they will not be getting another sent from me.
