Subway is always good. It is a healthy balanced meal. This particular Subway is awesome. Very attentive to their customers and this store is always clean. I've only had one problem at another Subway which is located off of Highway 96 in Bonaire Georgia. It sits right next to Sonic. That particular incident made me leave a review and the public took it upon themselves to offer not only their disapproval of the way I complained but I. But I'm the surveyor and if I have a great experience I'm going to say I had a great experience and if I had a less than great experience well I will be honest about that experience as well. I turned down the free coupon for the free sandwich for my troubles for that particular restaurant because I'm not in it to get free food. I'm in it to give my honest opinions and reviews. In a nutshell I visited the subway located in Bonaire, Georgia a few months back. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:26 p.m. . The business hours posted on the door says that the restaurant was open until 10 p.m. . There was a gentleman inside mopping the floor so I try to open the door and it was locked I knocked on the door end the young had headsets in his ear apparently listening to music as he mop the floor. So I knocked louder and he turned and looked at me and then walked back toward the very back without any type of response to a customer knocking at the door 30 minutes before the restaurant closed. So I was ignored for about 2 or 3 minutes as I stood at the door. All I wanted was some type of response or an answer. But they went and hid in the back. I got in my car and I immediately called that store. The young man answered the phone. I asked to speak to a manager. I was informed there was no manager on Duty at that time. So then I asked to speak to a supervisor or anybody who is in charge. A girl gets on phone and I asked her why was there a store close 30 minutes early. I would have been okay with any answer except the one I got. I did record a call and I did post that recording for the whole world to hear. The answer I got was we just thought we would close a little early tonight. And I responded with I've already come to your restaurant and I stood at your door for nearly 4 minutes where I was ignored by the gentleman who was mopping until I had knocked really loud. So what it look like to me was there's no manager on site and these people who are left to run the restaurant decided that they would like to just go home early. I have already traveled out of my way and made dinner plans and everything which I explained to the young lady and she replied you're more than welcome to come back and we'll make your sandwich and I reminded her that she was already closed. Besides I don't trust people who won't give me their name over the phone. All I wanted was her name so that I would know how to address the general manager with my complaint. But I ended up contacting corporate office because it was such a disgusting attitude from this young lady. I to admit that I was matching her attitude with attitude. In doing so and in releasing that audio for the public so that they would be able to make a better choice when it comes to 9:30 at night. I not only received death threats but also received coordinated attacks on my personal business which has nothing to do with sandwiches. Which is fine with me because we were 4.9 Stars and with the horrible reviews that was left at my business with even a cross reference of my Subway experience. My business is one hour south of the Warner Robins area. We don't sell sandwiches. We sell fear. We put you in our haunted old jail and leave you in there completely alone for as long as you can stand it. 🔹️Was extremely surprised and HAPPY to see the server with a Mask & Gloves on ♥️ (Not sure why people are not aware that EVERY time you speak, saliva comes out and that goes for EVERYONE and it goes on EVERYTHING)
🔹️So wearing masks are not just protection from germs, they also catch the saliva from spraying your face and FOOD 😷

If the old lady (I’m pretty sure she is the manager) is working you GET FREE attitude with everything you order. (This is more than 5 times I’ve noticed this, not only her dealing with customers but also being a complete jerk to guys working on electrical stuff inside the store and a new employee) She isn’t qualified and doesn’t have the personality or customer service to work at Chik-fil-a.
