I have been going to the Ruby Tuesday location in Warner Robins on Russell Parkway since I moved to the area in July 2023. I order the same thing (New Orleans Seafood) every time as it is my favorite, however, this will be the last time I go into this location. Upon arrival there were many people there waiting to be seated. I watched two couples leave, one waitress came to collect a party of seven and her tone of voice seemed like she didn't wat to be there... Change jobs if you don't want to be there or quit!!! They can always find another to take you position, someone who really wants to work. I sat at the bar so I didn't have to wait to be seated, and placed order for drink (UnSweet Tea) and meal as I knew what I wanted. Well. I ate my salad (that was fine, as the salad bar is always the easiest), my meal was served cold and wrong (order was placed as and very specific, New Orleans Seafood with Mashed Potato and Broccoli), I was served Mashed with Zucchini. I'm allergic to Zucchini. Yes it was corrected, but no telling how long my meal sat in the back under the warner, since it was cold. My tea even came with a piece of seed and I didn't have any fruit in my glass, from a lemon or orange, not sure but I really didn't want or have the time to sit around and wait for a Manager, as it was a Sunday night. As a former waitress, you work and make you money based upon your tips, primarily. I did tip the bar $5 even though it was not required, based on amount spent. Whom ever is responsible for washing dishes should have to eat and drink from the dishes they clean. I'm sure you wouldn't feed or do this to your family. Get back on your game people, this is why restaurants are closing all over the country. The food service industry...
Read moreThe food was excellent and the servers (waiters and waitresses) were polite and personable. The location was very good also. It pains me to say; but the restaurant was not very clean.
I know they were very busy. There were people waiting to be seated and two large size conference tables (with chairs) in the center of my seated area of the restaurant , plus additional nook style seating; in addition to small dinette seating up to four people.
My guests and I were initially seated at a window with a view of patrons as they entered the restaurant. The table had crumbs of food near the condiment tray, I brushed them to the floor. The walls surrounding the window had one area with dried food spill on it. The ledge of the window had food stains and thick dust on it; as well as and dried food stains and dust buildup on the blinds.
After seeing that, I just couldn't take being seated there. I asked my server/ waitress for another table. She asked me was there a problem. I stated in a very low voice, (as not to draw attention), the area was dirty and we were moved to another area that was much cleaner and smelled fresher.
I do not like giving reviews such this; however, it is imperative the places we eat hold a extremely high standard of cleanliness. A person could easily get food poisoning from areas/persons in environments such as I observed. I sincerely hope and recommend that Ruby Tuesday under-go a detail cleaning of its premises before something dire occurs there. Again, I state the meal...
Read moreMy husband and I just left our local Ruby Tuesday's. I was surprised that they offered a two for $25 meal deal similar to Applebee's. We got the two for $25 deal with included an appetizer and two entrees. We choose the coconut shrimp appetizer which was the first time we have had coconut shrimp at Ruby Tuesday's. It was very good. I'm sure it's just frozen coconut shrimp but it was fried well without being over done. The chili sauce that came with it was very good as well. I chose the endless garden bar as my meal since that is usually what I like most at this restaurant chain. My salad was very good and everything was well kept on the salad bar. They were low on ranch dressing and shredded cheese but I'm sure they would have fixed that if I asked. My husband chose the chicken tenders and fries for his meal. He substituted and got tater tots instead of the fries. He also added the garden bar to his meal for $5.99. I feel that $5.99 is a decent price for adding the garden bar to your meal since you can go as many times as you want. The garden bar as your meal is $12.99 which I feel is very well priced considering how much you usually pay for just one salad as your entree at most restaurants. My husband enjoyed the chicken tenders but thought that the tater tots were overdone. He doesn't like super crispy tots. To be fair I tried his food. The tenders were very crispy but seemed to not have any seasoning on them. The tots were crispy and very good in my opinion. We...
