My daughter did an online order and when we arrived to get the order in the drive thru, I asked to buy a gift card and offered my gift card, I told the young lady, I wanted to pay for the gift card. However, they added the gift card to my daughter's order when I told then I wanted to pay for the order with my card. When I got up to get my daughter's food. They couldn't figure out how to take the gift card, (which I never received) off my daughter's order. I decided to go inside because I was holding up the line. When I went inside, I tried to tell them to take the gift card off my daughter's order because she didn't have enough to cover her online order and the gift card. (which I never received) I purchased a gift card inside the store with my card. I asked them to remove the gift card from my daughter's gift card. I never recieve that card from my daughter's order, and I never received a gift receipt from the online order. They wanted me to get the gift card I purchased but I had already given that card as a secret Santa gift. I told them the drive thru gift card was probably put back or has been purchased...I DONT KNOW! I know this has caused my daughters account to go in the negative because of this transaction. If they don't settle it. I will go through my bank, and file a dispute for my money back. The drive through people didn't give the gift card to the cashier I was speaking to when I came inside. Read moreHi! I am a frequent customer to chickfila and it is definitely a favorite of mine. I have never left a review in my life anywhere but this situation really stuck out to me. My sister and I went through Russell chickfila drive through and we mistakenly went through the mobile through order line , there was not a soul in the lane infront nor behind us…just myself. Jahquis approached us and informed us that starting now only mobile ordering customers can only go through that lane and vise versa with drive through. which is understandable, they are clearly labeled. However, when I told him I will definitely be sure to pay attention next time and enter the correct lane he insisted I loop all the way around and come through the correct lane if i want my order taken and made it very clear he would not take my order right then…even though there is nobody in either lane and they were dead. I had worked in the food industry for years so I understand that everybody is just doing their best however this just was not the case. I would like to say I just received the most racist customer service I have ever received from this restaurant in my entire life the employee name was Ariana I believe she had on a blue shirt on. Long story short my kids were sick and had been in the hospital most of the day. We were headed home and wanted to put something on our stomach Chick-fil-a is their favorite restaurant so we stopped there to eat on the way home after we had driven off we started to eat and noticed everything was cold and the drinks were flat.
