She immediately seen what was going on with my account as I provided her my I.D. lastly she apologized for the inconvenience and bypassed the safety hold on my account. Just went there to cash a check for my mother who has an account at this branch and they wanted to charge me 7.00 to cash it . You will waste your time walking into the lobby, for any reason. Unprofessional, not great at returning calls. I made a "big" deposit so they locked the whole account vs just the deposited funds. No call or email to tell me my account was locked. Couldn't issue payments to people that really needed them. Green Brook is a better location to work...
