Other than one weekend, the last five times I’ve come here there’s only one staff member working the front. This employee handles the payment, the drink-making, the food, and the ONLINE ORDERS. That’s a RIDICULOUS AMOUNT of responsibilities for one person during morning coffee rush hour. Of course there’s always a wait, which I don’t blame the employee for. They always looked completely harried and stressed because they’re juggling a million orders at once.

If you’re a staff member there and you’re reading this, you should be getting paid AT LEAST $25 an hour plus ALL tips. If not, you deserve so much better. At the very least you deserve another staff member there to help you with the orders.

And before management starts asking around, no I do not know any of the employees who are employed there and have no ulterior motive in writing this other than to say that their staff members are getting worked...

I got an ice latte and a bagel with cream cheese. The ice latte was excellent and the girl who made my drink was nice and friendly and did a great job. The “organic” bagel wasn’t even the same bagel that was on display. So visually not what I was expecting at all. Took about 15 minutes to get the bagel with cream cheese. Lady in the back was confused it was a to-go order? Came to the front just to ask the other staff. There was barely even any cream cheese on my bagel, some parts literally had no cream cheese at all. Bagel was barely warm when I got it. The cashier wasn’t very friendly either or helpful with taking an order. The place wasn’t even busy. The 3 stars are only because the coffee and the girl who made it. She provided the bare minimum of what customer service is and she did a great job. Coffee and bagels shouldn’t be complicated.
