I hardly write reviews but after this terrible experience I decided to write one. I went there to have an remote start installed on my car. I paid a lot of money ($800+) to have it installed which was way over other places but I thought it would a professional installation. Wish I never went there. Trouble after trouble.
The owner of the shop never made me feel like a customer. He never took care of the ownership of the problem. On the highway yesterday the system stopped working and the car shut off and steering wheel locked. Luckily for me, there was a traffic jam on I94. Had this happened at 70 MPH I would be history along with the car if not hurt someone else. It was a nightmare. . Towed the car to his place for $130 and I was delayed for my appointment. Sure enough my remote start has never worked right and after going back the owner told me there was nothing he could do. That he would have to try and contact the manufacturer of the remote start.
