Great low price for the expected lower than hoped for quality of most Harbor Freight products. This is a difficult store chain to grade because we know it's a typical low grade assortiment for lower prices, as they should. So don't come buy here in the hope to find products that will last a lifetime or maybe even just a few years. I usually buy things at Harbor Freight in the hope they will get me through some specific project...anything more feels like a miracle to me. Some tools I need once every decade. I can't rent them and I don't want to spend a ton of money to then have them take up a lot of space for the next decade. I do have some Harbor Freight products that I still own and use every now and then that I bought 20 years ago, so it is possible to find some good lasting...
Read moreThe manager here is fantastic and always willing to help, they have a good range of stuff in stock, especially the trailers which can be hard to find. Overall it's a really handy store...

Guess thier employees are gonna be about as helpful as the ones at Home Depot. Customer service has gone down the drain. It's a shame too cause I love this store, but I might as well shop online. The more you show your interested in the customer and their needs the more they spend. Hopefully this will change. Besides not sure how I'd feel paying my employees to stand around...
