Sent out a return package from Amazon at the beginning of August (the 8th I believe), package still has not been delivered. Called and was put on hold for over 45 minutes. I called with another phone while still on hold as the store was closing shortly and was finally able to get someone to “help” me out. Long story short: the supervisor was unhelpful, rude, defensive and completely incapable of providing any customer service whatsoever. I wanted to speak to the owner or someone who would be more capable and responsible and was told “she comes and goes as she pleases” and wouldn’t be reliably in to help figure out where my package went so I could get my money returned for my package. It’s been almost two weeks and am still waiting. Something seems fishy and packages seem to be going missing with no thought into looking into what’s going on. Stay away if you can. These folks are either incompetent or unethical. There shouldn’t be this many packages “lost” in transition. Save yourself some money and just drop kick your package into the ocean because there is no practical difference and no one’s being held...

I asked if they had specific sizes, and gave him the exact sizes I needed. I told him I was packing pictures so I would need to put more then one in a box. He said he wouldn’t guarantee the contents, and said I would need to pack stuff around the content so stabilize it. I told him I’m not shipping with UPS. I’m boxing for a pod to move to Florida and I don’t need his guarantee. He was totally unhelpful. He handed me a list of sizes on a paper to take home. I told him I have the sizes right here, and showed them again to him. Instead of showing me what he has which would have helped greatly he did not. I have run into this in his store before. Not one but two people reporting on yelp within 4 days of missing packages! Sounds a little fishy. We get no help from the store what so ever. I was told that I would get a call back twice and no one calls. I went to the store twice to see if the package showed up and I was told to go to the UPS hub and see if they had it. Don't you think they can pick up the phone and call them. The entire time this was a me problem and not a them problem. Like I am the one who lost the package. So I could get a replacement item shipped to me I called the store to see if I could get something showing that it was lost/missing and that I did not pick up the package. You guessed it, no help.
