I'd like to start by saying that I absolutely love Chipotle and I was very excited for us to be getting a location here. The food is fresh and generally quite good , however this location is having a very hard time staying on its feet.
The service is poor, no one is nice or welcoming. My major complaint however it that they are always our of EVERTHING and this is not a 1 off. I have gone in there 6 different time to pick up dinner and they are alwasy out of at least 4 major items. The part that is frustrating is that it's not due to lack of delivery it due to lack of prep. They never have enough of anything to get them through the day and be open till 10 pm. I used to work for the company.... I went in tonight to get dinner But first decided to ask if they We're out of anything before I got in line to order. The gal proceeded to tell me the only thing that they were out of was their fajita mix. However, I noticed several other empty trays and I asked if she had said empty trays, she said oh, actually, we're out of those also for the night. Those being lettuce one of their meats their tomato salsa and the fajitas that she told me about. So not only did she poorly inform me what they were out of, I had to then press for more information to actually figure it out before I bothered ordering my food.
This is, unfortunately, a sign of poor management. They need to be better prepared and have food ready at all times of day If they are going to be open till a certain hour, if they can't manage thay they should at least have...

I’m a huge Chipotle fan. My wife and I have been visiting Chipotle for 6 years together adding to my 17 year grand total. Today was the worst meal and dining experience I’ve ever had in my life.
Here’s why this place sucks:
1). The chicken was lukewarm, the beans were cold and the white rice was crunchy because it was severely undercooked. I nearly puked on my way home but kept packing my mouth with peppermint gum because I didn’t want to waste $14 of food on the asphalt. I’m a commercial fisherman; I don’t waste food.
2). The wait was unbearable. It took 15 minutes for a staff of three to serve the only three customers in line. God forbid having to wait with four people in line or during a lunch rush!
3). The establishment was filthy. The tables were dirty and burrito filling caked the floor surrounding the drink station. While the restaurant was empty, the staff chose to chat and text by the delivery window rather than clean/sanitize and restock the food line.
Though we SHOULD HAVE listened to the reviews, we just HAD TO try it. If you value your health and enjoy eating at Chipotle, do not come here.
Chipotle, please close down this location. It’s a disservice to your customers and a terrible representation...
Read moreI've been to a lot of Chipotles in my life and I usually love them. But this particular restaurant has bad energy. In particular there is a short chubby Hispanic girl (I think) with stingy controlling energy and demonic attachments (I am sensitive to such things). I do not know if she's the manager, but she does seem to be in charge of others. Usually Chipotles are fairly generous and you don't feel like you've completely wasted your money when you leave. But at this particular one, they give half scoops of meat and beans and call them full scoops. If they give you a rounded scoop they say that they've given you extra. I've never experienced that at any other Chipotle before. Usually a rounded scoop is a standard scoop. As a result, after I eat here, I sometimes have indigestion and I am frequently still hungry. So I don't know if Chipotle as a whole has changed their protocol or if I just was lucky enough to go to more generous ones in the past? But I always feel like I've wasted my money after I come here and I usually have to eat something else afterwards to fill up. 🤷🏽♀️ I don't experience this at the one...
