We had not been in for a few years after a previous bad experience but they were the only ones in a 50 mile radius with what we needed today. The service we received today was an amazing example of fantastic customer service. They greeted us when we walked in the door and they asked what if we were in for something specific and we told them what we had found online that was in stock in store and he led us right over, showed us alternatives as well and even though they had other customers in the store they were helping we didn't feel at all as if we'd been abandoned. They went in the back and got us a second one when one on the floor had a minor defect and carried them our car for us as well after we paid for them.
