Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Warrenton

Star bucks is my #1 choice for my coffee and ive been to this one many many times with very few complaints but ive got to say this first as usual everyone was up beat and very nice, good tunes playing, very clean even the guy that served my coffee was nice and very apologetic about my coffee. So my problem was that i ordered my white chocolate mocha with no whip cream whem i got d own to the pick up counter he was already apilogizing for putting whip on it which he eas trying to remove with the lid my drink was spilling down the cup with the whip cream(partially melted already)he sewmed very nervous so i told him it was ok to maybe just start over. Nope he assured me he got it all out(impossible) and with another apology handed me my drink and wished me a good rest of my day. O t was still in the original cup nice and sticky and lost most of its heat and was missing about a quarter cup. Good thing i dont have an allegy or anything i just really dont like whip cream and a new cup would of been nice bu t my roommate didnt complain he loved it. We love starbucks we get the iced chai latte often. When its made right its very good. But depending on who makes it, it can suck. So when its not good, we ask for more pumps of chai. Always at every other starbucks they fix our drinks with a smile. Today on July 27th at 2:20pm we asked for more chai because they were very very weak. Tasted like milk with a little sugar. She said "you have to pay for this, we charge for extra pumps" we said yes we ordered 6 pump chai and paid for it. She said "i put 6 pumps in each one already!" We said well the pump didnt work because theres hardly any chai in here. It was seriously almost plain milk! Finally she gave us 3 more pumps. Sheesh!! We really dont want 9 pumps in our chai, thats just crazy! BUT when the pumps are not working properly, the chai doesnt come out as it should. My goodness! I Order from the app to avoid having to waiting! Lo and behold, I go to the door to pick up my order and have to get in the drive thru line because it’s locked!!!!

Now I am in line waiting in the drive through for my drink that’s been sitting waiting getting cold!!!

The logistics of flowing everything through the drive through, caused traffic to back up, not allowing any vehicles to get through young’s bay plaza to the other business. The traffic was almost backed upon to the road. Poor poorly planned!

Suggestion: open your lobby for mobile pickup orders only that way it helps with the traffic and people that already ordered can get their drink and go !
