Walgreens and imemories have a horrible system that isn't meshing well with each other. The women I talked to on the phone shouldn't be allowed to talk to the public. I don't know who she is but she was rude, raised her voice over mine without listening or allowing me to explain. I dropped off 6 vhs's to turn into DVDs and digitalize them online. I was charged $25 per VHS I dropped off. And I paid an additional $60 for DVDs. I was charged for 6 dvds and I knew all of the media would fit on less than 6 dvds but there was no way I could figure out how to adjust that number, I think because I had 6 vhs's I was automatically charged for 6 dvds.
Well, when the media was available online, I then had to go to imemories.com and create the DVDs before they were created and sent to Walgreens for pickup. I only required 4 DVDs. I waited a week, because the website said they'll be ready for pickup in 1 week, and I called to ask about getting refunded $20 for 2 DVDs that I wasn't receiving. Total I paid $209!! The women on the phone asked me, "well how would you know that there were only 4 DVDs created?" I let her know that I was the one who had them created and ordered them from imemories. I told her Walgreens charged me $209 at the time I dropped off the VHS'S. And I paid for 6 dvds and I'm getting 4. Can we get refunded for the 2? She was raising her voice over me and said that the order that came in says right here there are 6 dvds! I said well the online receipt and what I created says is 4, but whatever.
My dad picked them up as I live out of state. He received all 6 vhs's and 4 DVDs with a receipt for $189 from imemories. We paid $209 and idk what that women was talking about. I paid for 6 dvds and got 4. I was trying to explain the situation to her calmly and politely, when she started raising her voice and acting like an animal! So they want that $20 from us then they can have it, won't be doing business with people like that. I have nothing good to say about the service I received from this Walgreen's. What also upset me was right after they took $209 from me I saw the next day all imemories media was 50% off. That is just bad timing on my part but still...
Read moreCame here with my Mother so that we could each fill a prescription, and the pharmacist behind the counter (Rachel) was EXTREMELY and BEYOND RUDE to my Mother when she went to the counter to drop hers off and then said it would be "AT LEAST an hour" as she glared and sneered while she said it in a snippy condescending tone. Then when I went up to the counter she was short and curt with me as well, but then said that my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. My Mom then came back up and asked the pharmacist (Rachel) why hers was going to take so long and mine wasn't, (as mine was much more complicated). Rachel then proceeded to get VERY cocky and antagonistic when saying to my Mother in a mortifyingly condescending tone (not to mention her body language during) "Because YOURS takes more work!" and then proceeded to stomp off into the back. We then went to the front and asked to speak to the manager (Jed) who seemed appalled at her behavior. We will NEVER be coming back to this location again because of Rachel and her snide and all around nasty disposition. NEWS FLASH Rachel: People coming to drop off prescriptions at a pharmacy are usually SICK! Therefore, the last thing a sick person needs (especially from someone working in the field of MEDICINE!) is to be spoken to in such a despicable manner as if they were putting you out by asking you to do your JOB! Absolutely unacceptable and horribly unprofessional. Go to Fred Meyer or Rite Aid where they show a little respect and COMPASSION for their loyal...
Read moreThis has to be one of the worst Walgreen locations in the country. It hosts several rude, unprofessional pharmacy staff members. I had mostly nothing but problems for over three years. It's pretty sad when trying to get your blood pressure meds raises your blood pressure. Most recently, repeated attempts over the last 3 months requesting my prescriptions to be sent to another pharmacy, which they also appear to be unable to accomplish. Don't bother talking to the Warrenton Walgreens pharmacy manager or contacting corporate. It didn't do any good. Corporate customer service/complaints will tell you someone will be calling you back & then end up cutting you off in mid-sentence, ending the call only to be switched over to a survey about your experience calling them. Plus, no one ever called me back. I guess they have enough customers they apparently don't mind losing a few after our family in different locations across America had trusted Walgreens with our prescription need for over 40 years. Not anymore. Other customer's reviews mentioned the...
