Visited the Warrington shop today! Marianne made the experience well worth it. At times, I have felt uncomfy in this store, they follow you around a bit and that stifles my ability to be creative and curate great fits. It started out that way until I redirected my source of help to Marianne!
Today I took another chance at this shop and.... The inventory was great, inclusive sizing was a plus (pun intended) AND although the manager seemed to worry me a bit overwhelming me with her overbearing presence and small talk as she observed my shopping experience, I was relieved to find help in Marianne's support.
I appreciated her warm smile, her professional dress, and laid back attitude when helping me in the fitting room. today, I was purposeful in buying the merch BECAUSE of HER, in the past I have departed THIS store after identifying a style and fit, and chose to patronize another BR. Marianne is a welcoming and much needed addition to this store. She EVEN steamed and garmented my dress- reminding me of the nostalgia of the olden days of BR- elite, precise, tailored and distinguished! Read moreI have shopped in many BRs and this store is one of the better ones I have been in. The store is always clean and organized, plus the staff is so helpful and friendly yet not pushy at all! This is a premium clothing store, great for business casual styles that are of HIGH QUALITY. I don't understand why people give bad reviews because "prices are too high" , when BR is known as a premium clothing store, grow up. Reviews are meant to comment on shopping experience, the effectiveness of the products being sold and customer service. The prices are actually rather reasonable for this level of quality, they frequently run big sales/promos and their prices are still 20 times lower than places like Nordstrom's....

I assume the store manager Beth tells me to please hold. I said no I’m not holding what time do you close? 7pm she replies. I said thank you and hung up. Now one I can see the store from where I was and they looked closed to me. So if they were open, they weren’t busy, I saw no customers in the store from the windows only employees.
