All of the A-cups are kept in the back as a rule (all locations), so if you are an A-cup you have no choice but to inconvenience the employees. The North Wales, PA location were nice but I still felt like I was being annoying to them for this reason, so after two visits I drove to the Warrington location about 30 minutes away just so that I wasn't bothering the same employee three separate times. This was a mistake. I tried pointing to a couple styles I liked to see if they came in my size but I got the feeling she had no intention of looking for any specific style. She just went into the back, grabbed a handful of random bras in my size and handed them to me. I went into the dressing room and looked through them but none of them were styles that I wanted, so I didn't try them on because all bras are different so there wasn't really any point. I went back out and said that none of those were really for me and she just looked at me and said, "Okay," in a way that seemed clear she had no interest in helping me any further. I felt like she was irritated by me from the start but I don't know why. I was not being rude or obnoxious or anything (I was only at this location in the first place because I felt bad going to the closer store and bothering them for a third time). I just tried asking if a couple certain styles came in my size but I guess that's not how they do things. I don't know how I was supposed to have approached this differently. Read moreThis store was unwilling to replace a damage item because it was brought in after their return policy of 60 days was completed. Though, I understand not refunding/exchanging undamaged items, I find it appalling that in good faith to the customer, the store would not replace the damaged item. I did call Customer Service, a separate department from the decision maker at the store, who courteously allowed me to return the bra by mail which they will replace with a new item.
