The online booking was seamless. All of the staff were extremely accommodating, when it came to specific requests. I have an event to attend and wanted to match color to the dress that I'll be wearing. The owner helped me to pick out a color when I showed him the dress (at the time I had no idea he was the owner). I was greeted upon entering. The lady who did my pedicure was very patient and kind. She offered me a sparkling water. They do offer you all services for pedicures, but are not pushy. The chairs are amazingly comfortable. I got a regular pedicure and gel manicure. Attention to detail is amazing. They weren't aggressive when it came to trimming and pushing my cuticles. I have very small nail beds, so it is typically a challenge. The whole spa and the bathrooms are spotless. The atmosphere is calm and inviting. They use sterilized instruments. Because I'm in the health field, this is most important to me. I haven't been able to find a spa that has exceeded my expectations. This one wins. I did have trouble finding it, as I entered through the back of the plaza. But, easily enough, I drove around and found it. I was a few minutes late, but it wasn't held against me. If you pay cash, you get double points. It’s been years since my last pedi. Went in for a regular pedi. The place is clean and looks amazing. Staff was kind. Was disappointed with the process. Here is my experience: 1) there is very limited color selection for regular polish. But their gel selection has many beautiful colors. 2) I had cut my nails the week before so they are pretty short, but they did not file it to shape the nails. 3) they did not use any cuticle softener; instead they just pushed the cuticles with the metal cuticle pusher and began quickly cutting the cuticles. They didn’t thoroughly get in between the big toes which I think needs a more thorough cleaning. 4) they did not buff the nails which I’ve had done in other places. My pinky toe has an uneven surface which is very visible with the polish on. 5) they didn’t spend much time scrubbing the soles of my feet. I am a bit ticklish but it was done quickly; it felt like 40 seconds per sole. Overall, I am disappointed with the process. Was welcomed warmly by Jon. Everyone was friendly and kind. We shared light conversation - nice to not sit in silence but still relaxing. The shop is very clean and beautiful. Pedicure chairs so comfy, cup holder and phone charge pad included! Light music in the backgroumd, tvs but no sound, relaxing atmosphere. Bathrooms clean, plenty of soap and tp. They were running a little behind but they let me sit in the pedi chair soaking my feet while I waited. I got the basic mani and pedi -I LOVE the ergonomic mani finger soak bowl! Reasonably priced, they kindly offer upgrades but do not push them on you. They take cash and card-discount for using cash, ATM on premises.
