Only 5 stars because there's no option for 6, thruthfully. My only regret is not starting here in the first place. I had a nightmare of a time trying to find a dress I could afford that was also cute and comfortable. I did the whole online thing, didnt work, so did the typical davids bridal day and even bought one from there (admittedly under pressure) that I still wasn't happy with. After a whole meltdown about a dress, I decided to try Ohio Bridal Outlet, and im SO HAPPY I DID. The staff was so helpful, and so sweet. I seriously was there for the bulk of my day, and BreAnn never tired. She was just as sweet and helpful at the end as she was at the beginning. The dresses are organized by price and size, which makes it so much easier to pick out something tangible, instead of staring at a dress you cant afford anyways, like every other bridal shop ive ever been to seems to do. They also have a seemless system in place for trying them on that really helps you from feeling overwhelmed. (Side note: they ask that you dont take any dresses off the rack yourself, and it low key feels like absolute luxury not to do any of the heavy lifting 🤭) When I did finally walk out in my DREAM DRESS, the staff was like my personal little hype team 🥹 BreAnn asked if it was okay take an 'i said yes' photo for the shop, and before I even had to ask, she offered to take one of my mom and I together on my own phone too. If youre trying to decide where to go, or had a rough experience to start like I did, GO TO OHIO BRIDAL OUTLET. they will treat you like a BRIDE, not a client. And that really makes all the difference.

This was not my favorite experience ever! We went anticipating a wait time due to the bridal show, but the bridal show was SO disappointing with maybe 6-10 vendors at best. The front lady didn’t know an estimated time of how long the wait would be to try on dresses just that 6 were ahead of me. We waited about 2.5 hours in total and unfortunately there are hardly any other stores at the outlets to keep you busy.

We finally got to try on dresses and they recommended I try on sizes 8-10. They pulled my first 3 dresses and 1 did not fit over my hips at all. The consultant then took another dress out of my lineup saying it wouldn’t fit if that other one didn’t fit, which is fine. I was under the impression I got to try on 6 dresses and was truly only trying on 4 because the lady was giving me a really hard time about replacing the 2 dresses that wouldn’t fit…it was quite disappointing to be told I couldn’t try on my total of 6 because the size they recommended didn’t fit. My bridesmaids were thankfully out talking to another consultant who was happy to let me try on 2 more dresses for my total of 6.

As far as the dresses went, they were okay. Again I didn’t expect best of the best, but I will say some were in rough shape and would need a lot of alteration work. Some even discolored from being dirty.

I do think this place has great potential, but would probably operate better based off an appointment system because so many people were just waiting for hours outside the store and that’s unacceptable when most people drive 1 hour+ to get to...

I came with my soon-to-be daughter in-law to help her shop for her wedding dress. We found the store through Google search needing a gown off the rack after a recent order debacle that left her without a dress and less than a month till the wedding. Karma was the associate that assisted us and she was AMAZING!!! We weren't expecting such custom treatment at an outlet store. I would compare it similar to David's Bridal in the sense that they bring you the dresses you're interested in, check on you frequently and help with every aspect of any need you have. Karma went above and beyond, she was not just kind , friendly, energetic and helpful she was also very detail oriented in explaining the guidelines of the purchase transaction to caring and transporting the gown that we purchased. She specifically made our experience the reason for the 5 star review. My only negative comment is that some of the gowns for sale looked like they would need to be dry cleaned before wearing. Although new, they get tried on repeatedly and had dirt or makeup on them and you are buying the dress you pick out there at the store. That however is no fault of the employees at least not the one that took care of us because she handled each dress carefully and asked us to do the same.
