This Taco Bell failed as a restaurant. I don’t have very high standards for this restaurant in the first place, but this took the cake. I went into this restaurant at 8:55PM on a Saturday. The hours listed on the door were Sunday-Thursday 9:30PM and 10 on Friday and Saturday. The combined Long John Silvers was already closed(because they closed early too), but we still had to ask about how the food was cooked due to a food allergy. Staff had no knowledge, this includes the manager. The Pepsi machine was spilling out white drink instead of Pepsi. Anyway, besides the dirty lobby, the manager said “Oh god, do not go into the men’s restroom. It’s disgusting.” Which is exactly wanted to hear before I ate my tacos.
We sit down at table and begin to eat our food. At 9:02 they locked the doors with us and about 7 other people inside. Customers approached the doors to come into said establishment and were turned away due to understaffing. The drive thru was closed as well. This is despite the restaurant being listed as being open until 10PM. Which is also early because the Taco Bell in my home town closes at 2AM weekdays or 4AM on the weekends. They also stated that they were understaffed with 4 people, but our Taco Bell closes with 3 people at 2AM.
Overall, this is the worst service I’ve received and witnessed at a Taco Bell. Disgusting place with rude staff members. Try to change my mind. I’ll waste my time and money at another establishment next time. If another person has a similar experience to mine, I urge them to contact Christie Caulley, the GM of...
Read moreI visited this Taco Bell and placed an order, but the lady at the front desk missed some of my instructions and left out a few items. When I asked her about it, she started shouting, behaving rudely, and showing a very bad attitude. Instead of accepting her mistake or apologizing, she dismissed me by saying, “Okay, bye, have a good night.” Another lady also came over, and she behaved the same way. For a moment, I honestly wondered if they even cared about treating customers with basic respect. The branch office or head office needs to know about this, because these employees should not be working in customer service. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to for food and service. If you visit, you will be disrespected, and it will be a complete waste of money and time. I’ve been to many Taco Bell locations, and unfortunately, this seems to be a common experience. The atmosphere at this location is unpleasant, and the customers there are also very disrespectful. No wonder the place is usually empty—it’s because of the way the employees behave. Right next door, there is a Chipotle where the employees are respectful and the service is much better. I strongly recommend avoiding this Taco Bell and choosing...
Read moreIve been stopping here for a long time, this is one of few Long John Silvers you can park a big truck at. Last night i went in to LJS/taco bell, the place was an absolute mess, prep areas that i could see from counter were filthy, when my in dining order came out , it was thrown in a box in a sack. When i asked for a plate , the guy handed me a dirty plate, never even looked to see if it was clean. Then disappeared. Get to table , no silverware in my box, go back to counter ,no one around, yollered back into prep area no one answered, there were no forks out for people to pick up. I've stopped here for year ,and appreciate the parking area for truck, but the owners need to get back into this place and clean house. I used to see a lady behind counter all the time, her son was in military over seas, I hope she is still around, maybe i came in on her day off. The people working here need to get it together, keep prep area clean, quite yelling in back about not liking jobs or not doing their job, customers can hear all out in front. Stock utensils, put their customers first. Also serve product worth eating, half of my fish wasnt fit to eat, just gave up...
