I placed an order through the Starbucks app on September 26. When I picked up my order (at this address J99W+89 Jeffersonville, Ohio) I took off the lids and discovered both coffees were missing cream. The inside of the location was closed therefore I had to walk up to the window and ask they correct the order (there was a sign on the door that stated they were short staffed). The barista took back the coffee and added cream, then poured the coffee into tall cups. When I tasted the coffee it tasted like it had been sitting for a while. I attempted to call the location however the phone rang busy and I was already late arriving to my family reunion. I decided to save the coffee and return it the next morning since this location is near our camp site.
The morning of September 27 at 8:30 am, I attempted to give them back the coffee they made yesterday (the coffee was missing cream and syrup), the barista quickly passed the cup back and stated she can not take it back (this contradicts their actions the day prior).
Shortly after, Emily the manager of the Jeffersonville, Ohio location stepped in and ask for clarity as to why she needed to remake the attached order. After I explained the above, she repeatedly stated she is not connected to corporate or customer service, but is aware of Starbucks return/refund policy but cannot remake my order because I should of called first, as she needs to be aware of the incident before any actions can be taken. I explained why that did not make sense, also I brought the coffee back and due to her short staff she did not answer the phone. I ask that she again remake my coffee she refused and stated I would have to pay, then ask that I pull forward and they will bring it out. I refused to move my car and ask that she make it make sense? She then started to say she does not know if I poured another coffee into the cup, at that point I became upset and demanded she replace my coffee. This morning I had ordered at this speaker immediately felt that the woman on the other side of that speaker had an attitude. When I get to the window, it is a taller woman with tattoos and dark hair. She doesnât even ask me how my day is doesnât say good morning nothing I stick my phone out of my door to be scanned. Sheâs barely meeting me at all. Iâm having to have half my body out of my door to even reach her same thing for when I pay with my card. Sheâs again not meeting me halfway and I told her I canât reach it and she still doesnât move it closer. just completely acted like I was an inconvenience to her this morning and not really sure why like Iâm sure there are other positions in there that she could be doing to where she doesnât have to interact so closely with the public, but if somebody that used to work with the public her behavior was completely unacceptable even if you donât care. You greet your customers because if it wasnât for your customers, you wouldnât have a job. And when Iâm choosing to go spend my hard earned money at this location and I get greeted with just complete rudeness, it makes me not want come back and the only reason why I gave this location and this experience a one star is because you canât give no stars so whoever this woman is, I am hoping she can see this review and Iâm hoping she realizes that if she does not like her job that much to where she canât present herself in a respectful manner to customers, then she needs to go find a job that does not require her to work...

We arrived to an empty counter and 3 baristas working on the drive thru lane only. When our order was taken, the girl only half listened to my request and I had to correct her when she recounted the order to me. I asked for a staple item, the double chocolate chip frappuccino, and specified "no coffee base" because often at other locations they make me the Java chip instead. She tried to order up a mocha cookie frappe for me. I corrected her- no mocha/coffee, and Double Chocolate Chip, not cookie.
She corrected the order, I paid, and then I waited. And waited. Because she abandoned my order and started working on the drive-through line again instead. Even though 2 other baristas appeared to be already working it. And then half a dozen other people came inside and she took all of their orders before bothering to start mine.
