My wife placed a mobile order on 7/14/23 and requested it be ready for pickup at 4:50. I got to the store and inside to the mobile order pickup shelf at about 4:51 and it was empty with another lady standing there. After about 5 minutes I asked if she was waiting for a mobile order and she said yes, it was supposed to be ready at 4:50 also. I went to the counter to inquire about the order and the young man/teenager working there asked around to see who was making mobile orders and basically everyone just said "not my job." He then called to someone sitting in the dining room, he said was his manager, that had been there the whole time and I assumed was on lunch break. That person said they could make the orders and walked past me, the other lady and another person who had now arrived waiting on our orders. The manager then walked around in the back for several minutes, spent some time getting some boxes, bags, food, etc. and finally started to prepare orders. When the manager started making the order, there were now 5 people waiting. The manager ended up brining my order out first, walking past several of us that were clearly waiting, set it on the shelf and never said 1 word to any of us the entire time! When I got into my vehicle with my food it was 27 minutes after my requested pickup time. The lady who was waiting for food when I got there was still waiting when I left. She had also stated she was supposed to be at work at 530 and was going to be late now. When I left, there were 6 other people waiting for their mobile orders that should have been ready.
I understand accidents happen, I understand restaurants get busy and service times get long, and I understand all of that bc I was a fast food manager for about 7 years. I also know that being polite, honest and sincere in offering an explanation and an apology can go a long way. This manager failed, and then did nothing to try and make it better.

Read moreI'm leaving a bad review, not because of the food. The food was good as always, but because of the service. I ordered food via the app and checked the box on the app to have napkins and silverware included with my order. I was staying in the area for the weekend and ate chipolte for lunch and dinner both Saturday and Sunday. The first 3 times a particular woman prepared my food and bag and she always included those items. She was also polite and greeted me and handed me the bag.
This last time however a different employee prepared my bag she recognized me from being there previously and brought the bag to me however did not say anything to me nor hand it to me she placed it on the divider that seperates the line from the seating area and walked away. I found this rude but wouldn't have left a review over it,however something told me to check my bag and sure enough no napkins nor silverware.
I asked may I have some napkins and a fork, she replied "there ain't any out there" referring to self service counter. Which again on the app I had the box checked to include in bag and also they always place a sticker on the bag closing it so I could not see that I would had needed them had I not checked. I told her there are forks out here but no napkins. She huffed and walked away from me and put together some items for another order. Like I wasn't even there. When I stood there staring at her she came back out looked under a cabinet on the self serve counter found a few napkins in a plastic bag and put that bag on the self serve counter , she didn't refill the napkin dispenser, she didn't hand me a few she just threw it on the counter and walked right by me again without a word. This young lady was very rude for no reason and there was only 1 other customer in line and that customer was being helped by another employee. Business was slow there was no reason to behave...
Read moreEvery time I come here they are always out of something. One day I came here they were out of chicken and said it was gonna be two hours before they had any ready. Because I had two people working, and nobody wanted to do their job. Another day I come here they’re out of sour cream and they’re out of queso cheese sauce. I said, when are you gonna have some already they say I don’t know. They said we have to drop it. It’s in a bag into boiling water and heat it up. Why didn’t you do that 30 minutes ago? When you knew you were going to need it they wait till the last drop of cheese queso was gone before they say hey we need more of that now it’s gonna be half an hour before it’s ready. The incompetence at this place is unbelievable. It is always a problem and I’m going to stop coming here. It is the worst chipotle that I’ve ever been to in my life. I’ve never had a chipotle problem in my life and I came here. And it’s every time and I have been to multiple chipotles in multiple states because I travel for a living. Get it together people start hiring people that wanna work, and have competence to work. Don’t like wait till the last minute before you have to replace something and it Hass to cook for half an hour before you can replace it that’s not how you run a business. Can you imagine if you had a restaurant and you ordered fries and they were like well we just ran out of fries so now we’re gonna start peeling the potatoes in cutting them. It’ll be an hour before the ready.
