KAY Outlet — Local services in Washington Court House

I have purchased a few items from Kay before, so when I needed my watch resized I didn't thinkg twice. All I needed was a couole links taken out. The lady dropped it while working on it and then needed to shio to out. Since I don't live in Ohio they told me it would be shipped to me. Once it arrived back to the store someone would call me. After almost 3 weeks I had to call, then they had no idea. Not to mention later Inrealized I was charged for these services. I pick the watch up from the store near my home that it was shipped to. They didn't even take out enough links. The lady said they would have to send it away or I could go to another store and pay more. Horrible service, no refund and I had to pay even more money to get the watch fixed to take out links and fix the clasp because they put it together wrong. This will be the last time I do business with any Kays. Couldn't even take care of your customer and the ladies...

I want to first think Sonja and Kymberlie. not only did they help me track down and get credit for a purchased ring 10 years prior, they helped me select a wonderful ring for my fiancé to be, and I know she’s gonna love it. After going to another Kay outlet, and having a terrible experience, (not receiving callback from the actual GM of the store)I was ready to turn and go to another jewelry store. Kymberlie hand searched, available diamonds to find me not only find a beautiful piece, but corrected a very negative experience.

Kay Jewlers at Jeffersonville outlet mall is definitely the only place I’ll be purchasing jewelry from, for now on!

I want to think Sonja (again) and Grace for assisting me getting my future mother-in-law‘s gift so I can ask for her daughters hand in marriage, they...

I have to say that this is the absolute best jewelry store ever! Miss Susie and Miss Lexi…they both were amazing and smiling and so respectful! Miss Susie was our jeweler/sales associate. What we loved about this…Miss Susie was not pushy and really listened to us! Other jewelers are too pushy and this is the only location we will go to due to this. I was so shocked as she listened and brought us items which were just perfect. We chose a necklace due to the service and loving it! The communication during the purchase was my favorite. These two ladies have such wonderful social skills, informative and just really love you all! We will be back due to the service alone! Plus the selection is just so beautiful. Please give these ladies a raise! You do not find sales associates like Miss Susie...
