KFC — Restaurant in Washington Township

I'm very angry and disappointed in this KFC in Waynesboro, in the last several years they've gone down hill with their food and their staff. So first with the staff member, my family and I went to the drive thru so we could order but it's been a while so we needed a minute to order, so the girl that was taking our order was slightly impatient and when we got to our 3rd and final order she had an attitude. Now mind you I ordered the 5 piece tender box and it comes with 2 sauces, my boyfriend had asked for some extra sauces while we finished up our order. We went up to the window were we were greeted with an obviously annoyed employee! She was completely and utterly rude and made sure we knew that we annoyed her for coming to order food at a place... she chose to work, I mean if you're unhappy with your position, get another one instead of ruining other peoples day. Secondly, we came home and there absolutely no sauces, none with the tender box combo or the extra that we asked for. I have been here twice now and both times they are busy yes, but both times I haven't gotten everything with my order and you can't call to report it because they don't answer the phone or the number goes to a fax machine. The guy that was there both times was very moody. The first time he was very rude. Yes we have large orders but we have a large family. The first time we didn't get the Famous Bowl we ordered and the fries. The second time they didn't give us our large side of mac and cheese. He was a little more friendly that time and left me wait in the store. I am tired of spending money on things and then not getting them. The third time I went they forgot three sides but when I called in they finally answered the phone. I went back and picked up the three items they forgot and they threw in three cookies. I want to leave a bad review. June 13 at the end of the day decided to buy a chicken. We asked that they give us fresh, because the last time we bought it there, they gave us a very oily chicken, it was clear that the chicken was not fresh and they reheated it in oil. This is not even the crispy chicken that we are used to buying. So it happened this time too. Again, we were sold not fresh chicken, which was re-fried or maybe several times. several pieces were bitter, as if spoiled meat was fried, I immediately had a gag reflex. We can say that for our money they sold us spoiled food….My husband just told me that he had diarrhea and nausea all night from all the chicken. I'm just wondering who will reimburse us for health and money spent. I think I should file a complaint with the police. I won't leave it like that. Let them answer...
