Price Stores — Local services in Washington Township

This was my very first time to the store. I drove from Richmond Indiana to this store because I just could not find a suit that was in my size. I looked up the size suit I was looking for in Google this store name came up. The first thing that came to mind was this is a mom n pop store and I will go here. Upon arrival I thought man this store is right in the heart of the old Dayton area. I loved the store location. I walked in felt like I walked back into a store as a kid. There were shirts of every color combination and suits that made me think I couldn't afford them at first. Their prices were reasonable compared to other stores that I had just left in Richmond Indiana. They had several right in stock that were my size. The guys working at the store were awesome asked if they could help and took me right to the suit that looked great on me. They even tailor the suit to fit you which was also something I remember getting my first tuxedo for prom as a kid. I know this review is long but Price Stores deserves detailed reviews. I believe this store is just for mens suits and accessories. They have every accessory you would look for to make your suit pop. The tailoring did take a week however I guarantee it's worth the wait. This is now my go to store whenever I need suits, shirts, or accessories to match.

Give this store your business, theres not many stores out there any more where you can say, I remember when This is one store above others.

DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR PROM TUXES! We took my son here for a prom tux. I had forgotten to make an appointment at Men’s Wearhouse. The problem is that they don’t have any books out showing rental tuxes. We were shown to the prom tux section as jackets hanging on a wall. My son is larger and when he received his tux, he received wide leg, middle age business man type pants. The store employee was not helpful, I told him the pants looked goofy and he told me they did not. He then became very combative with me telling me it was my fault that I had not confirmed what type of pants should come with a prom tux. And telling me it was because of my son being larger (size 40 waist in normal pants) and that they didn’t make prom tux pants in a slim style. I told him that was absolutely not correct because my son had slim pants for his prom last year from Men’s Wearhouse, and he did not change sizes. Other teens in the store picking up their prom tuxes had the slim fit normal pants. IF THE NORMAL PROM TUX PANTS WEREN’T AVAILABLE DUE TO HIS SIZE, WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT WHEN ORDERING INSTEAD OF BEING ARGUED WITH WHEN PICKING UP THE TUX! I finally asked to talk to a manager. She was very helpful. She finally found a pair of pants that worked, but were tight. She was great, but it doesn’t offset the problems, So I am giving 1 star. We will definitely never go to this store again… which is sad due to its previous reputation and renting from it for weddings...

Went with price stores for my wedding this past weekend. What wonderful ppl! They have just moved into their new building and it is very nice! I'm not somebody who frequents formal events so going here was the right decision as they were very knowledgeable of modern trends and what was going on today. The woman I first spoke with I believe her name was Donna was extremely helpful knowledgeable and kind with my formal ignorance lol she was instrumental in figuring out what color ties my groomsmen would need to match the bridesmaids dresses and they were perfect!! The suit colors were consistent and rich they were all wrinkle free and properly put on hangers and bags for travel. My groomsmen had tuxedos and although they were rentals they did not show heavy signs of wear or frayed strings etc I am a large man over 6 ft 3 300 lb my typical shirt size is a 4XL tall the vests and jackets typically do not accommodate somebody in my size as it is not a common. The woman who is the seamstress went above and beyond to make my vest fit as I wanted it to it came out lovely and she worked very hard on it. I know a weddings are typically about the bride but I have to say me and the boys felt pretty darn good too! I would suggest price stores to anyone I know especially if you are a bigger guy or have big guys in your events...
