Nene's Lullaby Boutique Inc — Local services in Washington Township

We were recommended to Ne Ne's by a family member. We went there to purchase an outfit for a christening party outfit for my godson who was being christened...we went there on a Monday with my godson and a few family members. We picked out an outfit that my niece liked and felt it was appropriate. We weren't sure if it was the right size for him,but the owner said it would be fine. My niece in fact thought we should get a bigger size. The owner measured my godson and said the size was correct. In fact, she measured him with a tape measure.

That Saturday was his christening. We got to the hall and went to put on his new outfit and it was TOO TIGHT!! We had to leave him in his christening outfit which was handed down from his Grandfather! We never expected this to happen after taking the owners advice? (NOT)!

On The following Monday we went to Ne Ne's to return the outfit with a receipt but there were no tags on the outfit... The owner said she would not take it back because there were no tags on the outfit? We had our receipt? The outfit was never worn and it was being returned within ONE week? She told us it was a law that the tags had to be on the item? Never heard such a thing especially if you know your stock?

When we purchased the item there was no immediate explanation of returning the items with tags on them!

However, there is also nothing on the website about tags not being on the items when returned

I just so happened to drop off my VACCUUM to the oreck store and as I was leaving I saw this cute children’s store. I hesitated to go in because the window has such beautiful things in it I thought it was going to be beyond my budget. But! I went in and was greeted by a very nice women that said hello! Welcome! She was fixing the tiny baby shoes. She immediately said can I help you with something as I was walking right to the 50% off rack. I said, I have 4 grandsons and 1, 2 year old granddaughter and love to dress her in dresses! She came over to me and helped me find dresses and sweaters to mix and match. I was amazed at the prices. I will return to this store. The women that was helping me was the owner, very personable, soft spoken, kind and sincere! When my 5 children were little I used to go to a little shop in pa where we lived it was just like this store. These stores are hard to find, and I miss them. It is so nice to deal with someone who actually cares about their customers because they are not just collecting a paycheck they care because it’s their business, it is their passion and it was very obvious she was passionate about not just her store but her customers. Incredibly happy with my experience with Nene’s! We had been planning a communion dress shopping outing for my daughter for months. Unfortunately our planned date was right when social distancing measures began and I opted not to bring the entire clan out shopping.
