I take my 2 special needs boys to this place to get lunch. We ordered 6 subs. One staff member working to help us while the other works in the back. When the second staff member comes out they start to wait on the customers behind me. Your restaurant is not a large place. My subs are all over the counter already. I ask "Can I ask why your waiting on the customers after me since I was in here first?" She gives me some comment about trying to take care of them to get back to what she was doing. I ask isn't waiting on customers what you do here? Meanwhile my subs getting colder and older by the minute. I need to move my boys out of the way so the customer behind me can pick her stuff. She waits on the customer behind me rings them out and then they leave. At this point they both finish my subs and she goes to help the customer behind me which I have zero issues with. The customer then needs to ask well you sure your done, You sure your done and your staff rolls her eyes and shakes her head like it's totally out of line for me to ask for my subs to be made in the order we walked in. I say really your rolling your eyes at me for asking for service? Then the other staff member starts to yell at me saying have some respect and I'm pissing him off. We left and spent our money at one of the areas other Subways. Was strange walked in, told them we needed 6 subs and 2 staff members come out and quickly make our subs. Happily paid reminded them of my extras and even left them a tip. I get times are tough but why is it OK to let me spend the cost for 6 subs most being hot subs to have them cold by time I get home so the next people in can be served first? I wouldn't have even asked if just one staff member waited on me but to come out and wait on the next people is crazy.. And then to yell at your customers because I question things is...
Read moreThe customer service was terrible. I walk in “what can I get you” in a very harsh tone. I say I 6inch on Italian herb and cheese and she says footlong and I correct her and say no 6 inch. Then I say a turkey Italianio with American toasted which I realize that isn’t on the menu anymore but all subways have always done it and as I’m looking at the drink selection she only puts only Turkey on it and put it’s in the toaster, well we get to the veggies and I say lettuce then I asked for more lettuce and she starts to put olives and then I stop her and I say no I want just extra lettuce then she starts pulling lettuce off my sub and I have to ask her to put more on. The last thing to go on is we go to check out she doesn’t tell me the price says put my card in and then literally walks away. Like doesn’t bag my sandwich doesn’t ask if I wanted anything else. I was standing in the lobby by myself as the receipt printed out and had to reach over the counter to get my sandwich....
Read moreThis review is not about the food but the customer service. The food has been good out here but my experience today has not been stellar. I ordered two steak egg breakfast to the lady on duty or may be she was the owner ( not sure though she was Asian). I asked her how she was doing and even greeted her a good morning but she did not reply back until I said it again to her the second time and appeared as though I was bothering her. I know that businesses are cutting corners but you do not do that with pre-measured food. Normally for a footlong they would use two cups of steak but since I ordered two foot-longs she only used one-and-a-half cups on each of my foot-longs. Also while giving me the choice for cheese she did not mention that mozzarella is going to cost an extra dollar as in the past they have not done that to me in this same place.
