I was very disappointed by my visit to this shop. The merchant seemed to assume that we had a precise idea about the final product before coming into the shop, and stayed reluctant to give any information (for example, what types of mats were available, or showing us what difference a 3-inch mat would make compared to a 2-inch one). When I tried to redeem a Groupon of "$200 of custom framing", I was told that it was not applicable. While this fact had not been mentioned anywhere in the shop's Groupon offering (and I have checked ALL of the fine print), it was apparently redeemable only for a tiny and low-quality selection of frames - none of which I remotely liked. The price tag on the product I had chosen also was ridiculous.
