Westlight has quickly become a home for me. The building is obviously beautiful w great amenities. But what is truly special and unique is the service provided by the staff, especially Annette. Annette goes out of her way to make sure I am doing well. When she knew I was having a tough day she checked in on me and made sure I was ok! She always has my packages ready and is truly someone I consider a great friend. She helped coordinate my furniture delivery and is always VERY nice to my guests when they come to visit. Other staff is very pleasant to work with as well. Annette truly went above and beyond to make DC/westlight feel like home for me. Westlight is truly lucky to have her. She takes the job incredibly seriously and pays close attention to detail. She knows I get home sick and really goes out of her way to help alleviate that.

I'm very picky with housing and have had no complaints here at all - been very happy - and would even want to extend my lease for the remainder of my time in medical school at GW. Packages are NEVER lost - and I get packages daily - , guests are always buzzed up, and staff is always friendly and pleasant.

I also had the pleasure of receiving prompt and efficient service from Galen, our skilled technician. When my washing machine needed replacement, Galen handled the situation with such professionalism and speed that the new washer was installed within just one day. This level of service is rare and deserves recognition.

One of the most well managed properties I’ve lived in during my move to DC four years ago. One of the best perks is having our packages signed for AND put inside our apartment. I even joked that I have been spoiled and won’t be able to live anywhere else. Units are quiet and amenities are nice! Best of all...are the people here! Property management are friendly and we have the best concierge on staff, too! They are always so cheerful and warm. Shoutout to LaMia! I watch my pups on a doggy webcam while at work and saw that one of them got into something she should not have that could have very well resulted in her going to the hospital. I immediately called the front desk and LaMia was so caring and QUICK to action upon hearing what I had saw. Immediately after we hung up, she was in our unit and stopped my pup from being a little rascal and saved her (and us!) from a very traumatic hospital visit.
