I purchased a dress from Tuckernuck online on May 28, 2025, paying for expedited shipping as the dress was for an event. Tuckernuck shipped me a dress different from the one I paid for. I contacted them and spent an hour wading through their AI auto attendant which kept telling me the dress was final sale and not available for return. I finally connected to an agent, who tried to talk me in to exchanging the dress. I refused the exchange since the shipping error was theirs. They agreed to a return, and issued me a Happy Returns label. I returned the dress to them, but didn't receive a refund. I reached out after a few weeks, and they let me know the shipment was lost in transit, but that they would issue a refund. Its now a month later, and still no refund. This...

multiple times I have placed an order with Tuckernuck it has taken at minimum 2 weeks with some orders taking up to a month... would not recommend shopping with them. All their competitors can figure out how to ship things at a much quicker speed, and Tuckernuck doesn't carry anything their competitors don't. I placed an order June 12th called customer service today and they said the order "should ship beginning of this week" still could not give me a timeline. Then I asked to cancel and they said they weren't sure they could do that either.... not helpful. They keep blaming the delays on their warehouse.. but once again something their competitors don't have an issue with?...

Love the unique cuts and fit of everything I’ve purchased. Have had a lot of compliments on what I’ve purchased. Well made garments at a good price. Costly enough that you know it isn’t going to be (or expect it to be) cheaply made, but affordable when you compare it to other similarly quality garments. Strange experience though- The red dress with the large bow on the neck, however bled over everything… dry. Just sitting on another fabric, dresser, piece of paper. I returned it, but it damaged two other garments I had along with some other items that weren’t as valuable. Just be aware of anything red you buy...
