After walking into every furniture store in Plymouth, Williamson, Washington, and several in Greenville we found our couch at Big Bargain Furniture. It was not the bargain or the couch that won our hearts. Nope! It was the CUSTOMER SERVICE! Crystal and Joe listened and answered our questions without making us feel like we were tire kickers. The owner actually told us he needed us and we want to support small business. He made us a great deal. The next day Crystal and Joe delivered our couch with the same enthusiasm. We believe Crystal and Joe are an asset to the company and look forward to stopping in again...

Best people in Washington to deal with. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I needed a new matress and box springs to fix a room so my dogs wouldn't jump on me. Went to Mr Billy and told him my story. Was fixed up in no time. I have bought a sofa, tables, a refrigerator from Bill. Very pleased with it all. Several years ago, a single Mom where I worked need a single bed for her daughter. Went to Mr. Billy. He fixed her right up. I surely miss Mr. Billy. Glad it's still in the family.
