A night out, first in a while with ladies from our prayer ministry. Plus it was my birthday. It was a party 11. Over half of us got the double pork chops. While, we waited, we enjoyed the salad bar. What, I loved was everyone kindly used one or two gloves handling the salad. Smiling faces, sounds of celebration and laughter filled the atmosphere. The host of our party, did check to make sure the chops weren't a problem (a shortage that is). By the time she finished here sentence; three waitresses were arriving with our entrees as all, but two of us still finished off our salads first. Honestly, I wasn't sure how, I'd like the boneless chop. I picked up my knife and fork then began to cut into it. So tender, I tell ya with juices running every which way. I bit into that chop and all man, was it so soft and tender. Loved, every bit! So did the others. I did call the waiter to the side to ask for the sweet chill sauce. I'd seen it on the menu and decided to try a tad bit on my chops. So delish together or alone! I just like spice, lol. Try those pork chops everyone, you won't be disappointed. When the waiter found out it was my Birthday, he didn't even charge me for my favorite pie, which is key lime (so good to me). Our group of ladies, sang the Happy Birthday song. The bar sitters and other tables even gathered in with us. So special. One man of opposite color stopped me by the salad bar just to say Happy Birthday and what a joy to celebrate and be alive! I agreed and he was so cheerful. Just so special for my 54th. Seeing all diversities; enjoying dinner, sharing memories, happiness in times like what we're living in today made tonight priceless. Great place to eat!!! Thanks Team Ribeye ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You didn't disappoint at all in atmosphere, service, food or the spirit of hometown people. God Bless AMO Washington, NC Sorry no pic of the before meal; just cold leftovers that will be breakfast lmbo. Yum

The staff was super she took the time to listen. Mckenzie you rock. Superstar.. Great job.. Well not much to brag about here. Nothing over the top. Spot on with the seasonings for the steak.. excellent job with the delivery. Anyone can grill a steak but to grill it at temp well thats another story. Rare and I got med. The veggies were plain no real flavor or punch very boring and full of sliced carrots which is a cheap shot at a medly. The mushroom topper had no butter or wine in them and just a touch would help dramatically. So the steak was 8 oz. But honestly as a chef I already knew it was a 6oz. I understand mistakes happen but who's expediting the floor? assuring correct serving? Just an expo should have caught that.. As a chef I can't give the restaurant what they deserve just based on my experience. The cleanliness was magnificent graet job on cleanliness. Taking that additional step is beautiful. Overall "Ribeyes" can become an over the top establishment with just some minor adjustments. Not bad. People love flavor and it lacks that. Make appropriate changes and this place can have impossibilities become possible.

My husband got ribeye and a twice baked potato. It smelled delicious! They use a clean trim - less fatty, more meat, not an overly thick cut. He reports it was pretty good, and reasonable for the price. Twice baked potato was also "pretty good". I think my husband would've liked it to have had more cheese but enjoyed it. I got the salad bar, which was pretty underwhelming for all it was boasted to have 31+ options. It wasn't that many options, unless they're including dressing, though everything out was fresh and hygiene seemed to be in order. A few ingredient tubs were empty the whole time I was there - ranch, mushrooms, broccoli. But it was good. We also had a Dark and Stormy cocktail and a Purple Cosmo. They were very good! Service was prompt and friendly, food came quickly. Place was clean, good vibes. Would definitely come back and try that potato myself!

Tonight, my friend and I decided to treat ourselves to a little dinner therapy. We rolled in around 8 PM, expecting a wait, but were seated almost immediately! Our waitress greeted us and quickly took our drink order.

Now, it’s been a hot minute since we’ve been here, so when we whipped out our trusty school discount card like a secret weapon, our server gently corrected us with the kind of grace only someone who’s explained the same policy 73 times today can muster. No worries—we appreciated the info and ordered on like the champs we are.

Then… the food came. Y’all. I don’t know who was in the kitchen tonight, but I’m 94% sure they were sent from heaven and have a direct line to somebody’s Southern grandma. My chicken was seasoned so perfectly I had a spiritual moment. I usually need sauce, but tonight? That bird was so moist and flavorful, I didn’t even glance at the condiments. I came this close to ordering another plate just to keep the party going.

My friend had the steak kebabs and basically said the same thing—every bite was a celebration. We didn’t just clean our plates—we sent them back looking like they’d never seen food.

Also, shout out to our waitress—she was sweet, funny, and even chatted with us about collecting shells at Fort Macon. Ten out of ten service with a side of seashell charm.

Thanks for a delicious and delightful Friday night—we’ll be back, probably sooner than we should! Give that cook a raise and a...
