I am a long time Capital One customer, and have been generally pleased with their customer service. However, employee Ibrahima H. is quite honestly the worst example of customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I came to deposit coins, which is something I have done multiple times in the past at this location. He informed me coins can now only be deposited in rolls, so I requested a roll and went to the side to count out the appropriate amount. I returned and asked for assistance in filling the roll, as it is not an activity I'd had any need to do in the past. He insulted me and refused to help in any way, would not answer any questions and tried to force me out of the bank even when I still obviously taking the coins back. It would have taken him 1 minute to provide instructions and means of sealing the roll and fill out the deposit paperwork, but he wanted to make a scene. Unless he is removed, I suggest no others try to use this branch, I am sure other banks nearby would welcome...
Read moreStrongly agree with most other reviews - the customer service I experienced was concerning.
I went with my mom, a non native English speaker, so she could withdraw money and the clerk asked me what the money was for. I was so startled I asked “how is that your business?” but he insisted the question was protocol.
Then the same clerk repeatedly chastised me and insisted I step away from my mother and the window because I was interpreting for her. I don’t know if this clerk realizes how intimidating these kinds of experiences can be for someone who doesn’t speak the language and isn’t familiar with the financial system - but it seems like someone in his job should.
Finally, the clerk’s manager came over the approve the transaction. Standing about one foot away from my mom and looking directly at her, the manager addressed the clerk and asked him “So she’s going to xyz…?” - as though my mother wasn’t standing right there.
I found the whole...
Read moreThe ATM at this location is not safe. There are regularly people sleeping and hanging out here. I've come across urine, vomit, old food, and more on the floor. I feel sorry for the cleaning people. It's gotten worst since this location has been shut down because of the pandemic.
Once a man came up to me at the ATM and was upset that I wouldn't give him money so he tried holding the double doors closed as I left.
I've tried repeatedly to reach out to a manager or someone else (I was told they have ambassadors and not managers on site) at this branch. No one follows up. I also tried contacting the corporate number, was told the concerns would be addressed, and again there's no resolution. Micheal asked if I had called the police?? There's no accountability.
At this point, I am switching banks. It's clear Capital One does not care about the safety of...
