I started a week ago trying to contact this organization for help through their programs and no one ever answered my phones 20 minutes ago I went to their location and got terrible service first someone opened the door for me and they told me to wait 2 minutes 20 minutes Then I knocked on the door again and an African American woman opened the door for me for the second time. She was rude. She only gave me a piece of paper and a sticker to stick on the refrigerator and she denied me access. She told me that it was illegal and that she didn't have time to receive me, but I would call again and leave my information. Ironically, I had a shirt with the famous black live movement metter so..... do these types of organizations exist to help? But I don't think so, the only ones who help themselves are them with their high salaries for sitting around doing nothing and of course evading taxes by providing these phantom services.

Very appreciate, to the Washington DC Catholic Charities——for the excellent Thanksgiving Dinner 2024, provided in conjunction with PEPCO, for the homeless, and those in need of a meal! It was a Blessing, to, also, be provided with a winter jacket, and scarf/hat/gloves! Really enjoyed the Thanksgiving meal!

Loved the statue of Jesus sleeping on the bench. Very profound.

This is a Catholic organization, which should speak of Jesus' love to those who receive its help. It is necessary to evangelize. And in English classes, they never pray an Our Father or a Hail Mary, they don't even invite people to attend Mass. That should be their mission before teaching English. Everyone who enrolls knows it's a Christian organization, and if they're going to leave the class because they're told about the Plan...
