Like a lot of people who don’t yet own a Leica camera, I was a little intimidated walking in this store, however the staff member I spoke with couldn’t have been kinder or more welcoming to me and my family. We had a great chat for a while and he let me handle the new M11. It was nice to be able to experience the weight difference between the Black and Silver models in person, since that is something you can’t experience while shopping online. They have a side room with a gallery that rotates periodically, they have very knowledgeable staff, and they do schedule photo walks with known professionals from time to time. No Leica camera needed to participate either. I saw a guy with a crown graphic field camera the last time I went out.
