Clown N Around — Local services in Washington

Horrible. Don't not support this business! I booked the character deluxe package for my 1yr old party. My character was scheduled for 5pm. At 4.54pm I received and text message saying they will be late. Expected arrival now 5:39pm. Clown n naround showed up at 545 and sat in the car for another 7 minutes. My cocomelon character got out of the vehicle a Clown. When I informed them it should be cocomelon they asked to change in the bathroom. I was then informed they needed a table, 2 chairs,paper towels Anda bottle of water to do face painting. She cocomelon character came out and stood for pictures only. Never did a birthday lead song as advertised on website. They also informed me they didn't have the cord for the speaker . The lady told me the cord was in storage 😑. We had to let them use our Bluetooth speaker also. Long story short my party was scheduled for 3 to 6 with cocomelon closing out the party from 5 to 6 p m. Imagine having a group of 1 yr olds trying to keep them awake. I was also charged $350.00 when I only booked for deluxe character show $275.00. I have tried contacting the company for days with no return call. Also the workers/ cocomelon and assistant was high school students no adults. The also showed up unprepared asking me to give them the supplies they needed to perform the job I paid them to do. My baby never received the birthday gift that's advertised in the website either! Today is 9-23-23 still no phone call or email response from this fraud of a company. I thought it was weird that the company would respond 1 hour after my true review was posted to Google. However the unprofessional company never tried to reach out to me. I called and left voice-mail along with emails to the company still no response. I would like to point out that out of all my complaints in this review the only thing the addressed was over charging me. Saying it was a mistake. I would never recommend this company to my enemy. I’m so glad I booked Minnie Mouse character at Clown n Around for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party! My daughter was a bit shy at her bday at the beginning but as soon as Minnie Mouse arrived, my daughter danced with Minnie and started to open up to all of us. Thank you, Clown n Around for cheering my daughter up! The two cast members were highly enthusiastic and entertaining throughout the whole hour with greeting guests, engaging our little kids to a dance party with popular kids music, singing happy birthday and to top it off the face painting and balloon art was super fun for the kids. I booked Clown N Around , for my Step-daughter’s BARBIE THEMED BIRTHDAY PARTY! Which was this past Saturday on 10/19/24. I must say they were on time and setup in NO time. These characters were full of energy and well prepared!! The children danced, laughed, story time was amazing , I love the puppet show the message was powerful! I also like the crowd Involvement. The clown was also amazing and did an excellent job with engaging with the children and is a very talented face painter.
