I didn’t personally go to the store, but my daughter went there to shop for souvenirs for her Safety Patrol trip. My daughter knows I love sweaters so she bought me a beautiful one. Of course a 10 year old doesn’t know much of sizing so when she got home she said I hope it fits you. It was a little too small. I was willing to buy one at full price so I didn’t hurt my daughter’s feelings. I called the store just to see what I could & no questions asked the lady over the phone said please send us the sweater and we will send you the correct size. I asked how do I pay for shipping. Lady said just send it to us. We will take care of the rest. Amazing customer service. I received a text today saying we have shipped your sweater. Thank you!!! 😊 you have made a mom and daughter...

I love this store it's nice and clean, very friendly service. I love all the layout of their merchandise very easy to navigate around the store and find what you're looking for. I really love the hats very good quality I bought DC hats and the prices are awesome, and I get a lot of compliments from everyone very satisfied with this store.
