I'm from out of State but have lots of family that I frequently visit in NC. Recently I was in town for the sad occasion of a death in the family. We found The Flower Spot online and saw the great reviews so went to them for our funeral needs. Jessica and Eddie were nothing short of amazing. Words just can't come close to conveying how wonderful they treated me and my extended family during this very difficult time. They were so patient, so compassionate, so understanding and so empathetic......I could go on and on but, again, words just aren't good enough.
They went ABOVE and BEYOND all of our expectations again and again. Provided the most beautiful flower arrangements I've ever seen, priced more reasonably then I could have imagined, delivered ALL the flowers for FREE to the funeral home and Jessica even rewrapped plants for family members to travel home – free of charge!!! Most amazing of all.....they even went so far as to re-open their shop during off-hours to accomodate our many family members erratic schedules so they were able to select the flowers they wanted. If THAT doesn't describe ABOVE AND BEYOND....I don't know WHAT does!!!!

Read morePlaced an order on a Friday for Monday delivery. Got a confirmation email. Monday came and went and on Tuesday when I called the recipient of the flowers they said they didn’t receive any.
Emailed the shop left a message and also sent a message on the Facebook page. Got a message Wednesday morning asking if we still wanted the flowers delivered and blamed in on square space (the ordering process). I emailed back and never got anything so I called.
They claimed they called (they didn’t) said I never emailed back I told her I did and after a few minutes of actually checking their email they saw I responded... they had no answers except to issue a refund or have now 4 day late flowers (they were for a funeral).
I wanted to give my business to locals but the big box got my money because of an issue. Seems to be a constant thing since ALOT of the negative reviews are just like my story...

I went in Friday and placed a order for my mother's funeral Monday. for yellow roses and daisys. Paid for my order and scheduled pick up for today. When I got there I was greeted with a apology, white roses and yellow daisy. Now I've never heard of yellow daisy's so I didn't specify white. I'll take the blame on that but she informed us that she couldn't get yellow roses so she did white. And asked if that would work. Of course it will have to because I need them now. No time to go else where. She never called me to inform me she couldn't get yellow roses or to even ask if there was another color I'd prefer no call at all.
