Waffle House — Restaurant in Washington

I made the mistake of coming here Christmas Eve. The employees we're verbally stating there displeasure and hate for there job.

I ordered the all star special with a chocolate chip waffel. I got all my food 20 minutes before the waffel. The waffel's chocolate chips we're thrown on top of the waffel, not cooked into it. The syrup wasn't even given to me. Luckily I didn't need it because the waffel was undercooked and inedible.

The bacon was inedible. I asked for it burnt-like crispy. It was flimsy. The hash browns we're inedible and under cooked.

I never even received my drink, but was charged for it. My boyfriend got his but never once got a refill for the last half hour we were there. We never saw our waitress once she left. The cook brought us our food. My boyfriend steak was rare not medium.

When we finally just wanted to leave we had to wait 20 minutes just for the check. When we finally did it was $26. For grits, toast and eggs because that's all we could salvage to eat.

Would give zero...

Okay first off let me start with saying I don't like that they change the menu and I don't think they should have changed their prices because they did not change the food in any way and the meal I ordered was totally incorrect I asked for over easy eggs I got them they were overcooked and they did not have any gravy for biscuits and gravy was not pleased at all that I had to pay almost double what I normally pay and waitress did not let me know they did not have any gravy before placing the order and that was the key part of the meal very unpleased with the Spanish cook with tattoos don't know his name otherwise I would put it out there and management was nowhere to be seen they were in the back the whole time how can you manage a restaurant without even being on the floor place...

Normally I enjoy going to Waffle House. But not this time. I ordered the Pork chop dinner. The menu described it as having hash browns with cheese and jalapenos. When I received my plate it had neither. Later when I asked about the order I was told that the Server had asked me if I wanted them. She hadn't asked and no one heard her. She then proceeded to argue with me. Then we could hear her talking to the Cook about us. Concerning the Chops, one was nicely done, the 2nd one was over cooked and dried out. A sharp knife was not provided until we asked. My glass of Iced Tea was never refilled. Our server had her own interpretation of your dress code. Her visor was on her head sideways. She basically was spending her time interacting with (I assume her friends) with...
