Sabrina Younossi, and her associates, at The German Kitchen Center were beyond amazing as she guided my wife to the European Kitchen of her dreams. My wife is a hard driving professional with a knack for the beautiful and exquisite. She is also a chef of extreme talent. She dreamt about her perfect kitchen for at least a decade. Advisors never touched her aspirations until she walked into The German Kitchen Center and met Sabrina. Over the course of several months Sabrina walked my wife through the possibilities for her dreamt of kitchen. Over several months and meetings Sabrina was able to read my wife's mind and the two designed a unique and modern European kitchen that surpassed our expectations. A year following the project's completion my wife and I still marvel at the beauty of our nearly 1000 sq ft kitchen, dining and sitting area with waterfall "jumbo slab" main counter top, incorporated custom 12 foot "backsplash" window and stunning Leicht storage closets with voluminous and unique features such as motorized "handless" glass paneled cabinets which blend in perfectly and similarly paneled Miele appliances, well engineered closet spaces and hidden pantry area. Throughout the process Sabrina was omnipresent, always available, immediately answering any question that came up especially with the inevitable change orders. Sabrina was a frequent and welcome visitor to our home during the planning and installation phases. She performs all neccessary measurements to the millimeter prior to ordering cabinets and appliances. We were truly blessed to have found Sabrina Younousi and the German Kitchen Center. She is spectacular with her vision and is an angel by the way she treats her customers. Her company stands by its work and products. Ms. Sabrina Younossi has been a delight to work with. We met Sabrina within a few months of moving the DC area and we had an immediate connection with her. I knew I wanted to work with her and that she was the right person to understand and realize our vision of our dream kitchen. We passed up on several reputable design firms for our complete home renovation because they only wanted to work with their own kitchen designers. I was adamant that I would only work with a firm that allowed Sabrina to partner with us in our kitchen remodel and design.

Ms. Younossi has been exceptionally flexible as we (not her) have fumbled through different concepts for our home renovation, moving the location of the kitchen several times; she promptly comes back with renderings that fit our requirements and double checks everything for precision. Her recommendations on everything have been spot on, and she continually pointed out things that could be conflicts or enhancements in the overall flow and function of the space.

We have finally settled on a design that opens the kitchen, dining space, and living room into one open area. Sabrina went from designing just a kitchen to all three rooms. I am extremely excited to see her vision come to life and to have her expert touch throughout the whole process to unify to the complete look and feel of the home.

Finally, in addition to being a fantastic designer, she is a delight to work with. Sabrina is a lovely person who has been exceptionally accommodating and is always a great host when we visit her office. We often bring our two toddlers with us; she is patient and kind with us and them, so much so that our kids get excited to visit her.

Sabrina was a pleasure to work with and we recommend her to anyone wanting a new kitchen based on the quality products that GKC offers. She is an experienced kitchen designer and knows the Leicht product line well. We wanted our new kitchen to be based on the current configuration (which worked well for us), and Sabrina honored that approach.

She offered excellent suggestions and we included proposed design upgrades which we had not previously considered. One was using a gorgeous MCM orange color for our island niche – based on a display in the showroom. Sabrina helped us to be a bit bolder and go beyond neutrals and we are excited about incorporating that particular feature in the design.

As a former engineer, I (Joanne) am VERY detailed-oriented, and Sabrina answered all my questions and made adjustments with considerable patience, as well as explaining why an idea wouldn’t work or what impact it would have on other decisions.
