I cannot recommend L. Priori and Jenna enough. I went to her with a complex engagement ring asking for a custom wedding band to match - not only did they design it well, there was fast turnaround and when I did not like things fixing it was so easy. Unfortunately, my engagement ring went off for repair with a different company and it got lost in the mail. I went to L. Priori & Jenna to get it remade and they knocked it out of the park getting it as close to the original as possible! Finally, once the engagement ring was remade, the wedding band did not match perfectly, so they accommodated my need for changes and got it to me right in time for our wedding.

My mother also passed away this year and she had a number of jewelry pieces that were broken or missing pairs (ie only one earring). I went to Jenna with all these heirlooms and she was able to test all the jewels and metal - we then planned out repairs and how to repurpose metal and stones to make new pieces I was able to gift to my sister and nieces. It was very easy and enjoyable!

It was such a unique and fun experience going through the custom design process for my engagement ring. I had a hard time describing what I wanted for the band of my engagement ring, and Jenna was able to send multiple versions and edits to ensure it was exactly what I was picturing. Jenna separately helped my husband choose the diamond for the ring which I was told she was helpful and knowledgeable.

After the proposal, we went back to pick out our wedding bands. I ended up customizing the band to match my engagement ring and the process was very quick and easy.
