Never order your books through the bookstore. It is slower than advertised and very unreliable. One of my books said it was ready for pick-up, but then they were unable to find it when I went in four separate times over the course of three weeks. On my fourth visit, the manager I spoke to just told me "Go get your refund and order them somewhere else, they're never coming in." I would not mind if I had been told earlier, but we are now starting the third week of classes and I am just now being told that I need to re-order them. This means I'll be 3-4 weeks late getting my books, just because the bookstore lost/can't find my books and decided not to share that until my fourth trip there. Just today had an absolutely awful experience with a manager after an issue with a transaction. She needs to learn the difference between "cant" and "wont."
She would not speak to a superior. She would not speak to any other staff member. She would not look at the transaction records directly in front of her.
