I hosted my brother's rehearsal dinner at Circa and cannot say enough good things about the experience. Tee, Circa's incredible event coordinator, worked closely with me leading up to the event to ensure the perfect evening, entertaining every whim from requests for signature drinks to decorating the venue with photos I provided, adjusting the room layout to make my seating needs work and going above and beyond with extra efforts to add special touches like beautiful flowers as centerpieces, a personalized food and cocktail menu and more. Circa's manager, Akeem, was charming, supportive and outstanding from start to finish. He was so attentive throughout the night, checking in on me, congratulating the families and ensuring everyone was happy and having a great time. For anyone who has hosted a big milestone event for someone else, you know it can be stressful - but Tee and Akeem instilled confidence and reassured me at every turn. My brother and his bride had the best time calling the evening "a ten out of ten" and I can't tell you how many of the attendees gave glowing compliments and made statements like, "this could have been the wedding party!" Our bridal party can drink, and the bar staff kept up with them and were friendly, engaging, and on top of all orders. The food was EXCEPTIONAL. For the event, we took over the entire outdoor patio. I was nervous that in the winter time people might be too cold, but with heat lamps, the space was perfect and easily accommodated our party of 50. The first hour of the evening was a mixer style event with guests mingling, drinks flowing and platters of sliders and hummus and veggies which were delicious. This was followed by a two hour sit-down dinner with a prix fixe three course meal. A lot of guests had dietary needs and gluten intolerances, but Circa was so accommodating and ensured that every plate that came out looked immaculate, tasted delicious and was generously portioned. As the organizer of the event that would kick off my brother's wedding weekend and set the tone for everything to follow, I had some anxiety leading up to the event - but thanks to Tee, Akeem and the wonderful staff at Circa, things could not have gone better. Thank you to everyone on the Circa team for a fun, memorable and delicious evening. For anyone considering a venue for a special event, Circa is OUTSTANDING and you won't regret choosing them...

Food was great! Front desk staff was great, outdoor seating wasn’t warm so we asked to be moved inside. They moved us right away, only reason why I am deducting a star is because the server wasn’t as friendly as the rest of the staff. I am the type who spends big on dinners, and often take a couple of hours at dinner and tip very well. My husband did not allow me to pay for the bill because he knew I would have only tipped her 10% even though she didn’t deserve even that.

Im a busy person and sometimes unfortunately that means having to answer some work calls during dinner.

I had left my ID behind with my husband so he can order me a drink while I took my call, since the restaurant was busy and I knew they would take long to bring drinks. Anyways, he tried to order me a drink but the server said she couldn’t allow him to order more than one drink, when we had literally ordered from the bar without issues while waiting for our table, I had ordered for the both of us. Anyways, I ended up not ordering anything else other than water, a burger and we left. Given he had my ID and I had already a drink before, I see no issues with a server putting drink orders, but she seemed to be selective in how she treated her tables. It was evident she preferred to serve s certain demographic over others, based on how she treated her patrons.

Anyways, I won’t rate them low just because a black sheep in he staff. Food was tasty, ambiance was nice, and rest of staff were nice. I recommended.

I went to CIRCA for dinner with my husband and toddler for my 40th birthday while visiting DC. I was hoping to have a delicious meal with good drinks and chill vibes, and I was not disappointed at all. For starters we ordered the calamari for the table and the four cheese macaroni for my daughter. She didn't finish it so my husband and I had some and wow! We both agreed it was probably the best mac and cheese we have ever had! My husband ordered the steak frites for his entree and I ordered the Atlantic Salmon, which is served with tomato fennel puree on top, quinoa salad and garlic spinach. That was so delicious and didn't feel too heavy, yet was very satisfying. I would return just for that. The star of the show was the dessert that was brought to the table with a candle for my birthday, which was the Brioche Bread Pudding. Omgosh!! That was crazy good and I'm still thinking about it. For drinks my husband ordered an Old Fashioned and I had the So Fresh and So Green gin cocktail, such a pretty and refreshing drink! Overall, everything was what I had hoped for so I was very pleased! On top of the amazing food and drinks, the service was awesome as well! I believe he was the manager, (a gentleman with glasses) was supeerrr attentive and I noticed him continually scanning the room to see how he can anticipate the needs of the patrons, which was very impressive.
