Tan resized both my wife’s and my engagement rings in under an hour with flawless precision. He guided us through designing our wedding bands, offering thoughtful suggestions that made the final pieces feel uniquely ours. Later, I brought in an old family ring and, with his help, surprised my wife with a breathtaking custom ring and matching earrings. She was speechless.

Tan is wonderful, in contrast to every name brand store I went to were I felt overwhelmed and like I had a piggy bank target on my back. He was personable, relaxed, and made me feel comfortable while explaining every aspect of choosing the right style ring/band. Tan showed me rubber moldings of various styles that made it easier to find something I liked; later he sent a detailed, high-res computer mock up of the final product so I could visualize it. The finished ring exactly matched the way he described it. Tan works fast too. It was less than a week from when I walked in with questions to when I walked out with the completed rign. This place, and the owner Tan, are wonderful. My fiance and I wet to Ideal Cut to get my mother's engagement ring fixed up for me to wear. Tan was very approachable and knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. We decided to get the ring re-faceted and resized. He gave us a good deal on it, and the ring was ready very quickly. When we first brought it in, the ring had looked dull and beat up, but it came back looking brand new! A day after I got it back, I realized it was still a little to big.
