I went to this location about 4 months ago and my friend and I did the friendship bracelet bar. The employee was extremely rude and when my friend asked for her bracelet to be fixed because the stone was falling out, she rolled her eyes at us. This made us just want to check out and leave the store. The same day we had to go back because the stone again started falling out and when we came back the employee said she did not want to help us and was whispering about us to other employees. There was one extremely kind employee who I don’t remember their name. She even said the other employee was acting rude and childish. The rude employee continued to give us dirty looks and whisper about us and make rude comments to us for coming back after she sold us a broke item. The nice employee said to her she would not have sold the bracelet to us because it was broke in the first place. We asked that employee originally if we could get a different one because it was broken and she told us it was fine. I had such a great time shopping at Kendra Scott in Georgetown. I picked up this beautiful necklace and a nice perfume; I couldn't be happier with my purchases. The jewelry just really wows, and the fragrance is perfect. What really made this experience special is that this staff was so friendly. They were attentive and very helpful and did everything to ensure that I got exactly what I was looking for. We recently had my daughter’s birthday with a few friends at the color bar at Kendra Scott in Georgetown. Everyone was very welcoming and professional, they had it set up for the girls to have lemonade and macaroons. I had been communicating with Ambika and she was very responsive and accommodating. Ambika helped set everything up and she was so patient and fun with the girls, she seemed so genuinely excited and upbeat.
