We met some friends for dinner. I’ve been here once before and absolutely love the food. For those past reviews they no longer have the store items. I absolutely love the decor and the ambience. There is a rooftop seating area with tables and an area that is more a living room with couches and chairs for those who just wanna sit around and have a few drinks. They have a wide selection of wines and drinks. I had one of their specialty drinks, which was great. Kayla is a great bartender and can make great suggestions if you’re unsure on choice of liquor choices. My husband had the pork chop and said it was delicious, the presentation was also very unique. Very cute store but unfortunately I had a bad experience here. The store has a large assortment of olive oil and vinegar and as soon as we walk in worker starts to talk to us about them explaining the different flavors. She markets one specific flavor of vinegar as a great alternative for people who are allergic to soy as it is supposed to taste "just like it but made with other ingredients". I buy a bottle for someone I know who has this allergy. She bottles it for me and checks me out then puts the tag on the bottle. Worst dinner in ages. $26 for a fried quail smaller than a dove and extremely tough. The shredded Brussel sprouts were drenched in grease. The yuca fries were undercooked, chewy, and tasteless. $110 for my wife and me with tip. Rediculess. Stopped on our way back to the hotel at a rib joint so I didn't go to bed hungry.
