The store has a large assortment of olive oil and vinegar and as soon as we walk in worker starts to talk to us about them explaining the different flavors. She markets one specific flavor of vinegar as a great alternative for people who are allergic to soy as it is supposed to taste "just like it but made with other ingredients". I buy a bottle for someone I know who has this allergy. She bottles it for me and checks me out then puts the tag on the bottle.
