If you like to work out while people are making personal, loud calls on their cell phones, screaming children are running near your workout machines, the floors are wet from swimmers from the pool area nearby, and the dressing rooms are dirty and full of used towels, this is the place for you! I have been a member at this terrible place, which charges 30 percent more than nearby fitness centers, for a year and the chaos never ends. The manager said much of the chaos, such as cell phone use, is hotel policy and he cannot do anything. (It was unclear if the screaming children running around were also part of Hilton hotel policy.) And when I complained, he offered to cancel my membership rather than address the issues. Apparently, Living Well supplies fitness centers for Hilton hotels. Read the other bad reviews at other locations. But don’t complain because you might be expelled. What they don’t understand is that this is a legal issue.
