This place has the WORST customer service ever From the actual store to the Pizza Hut even Starbucks is trashy . Every time i go its the same people seem more concerned with going on break than taking care of customers . Today i went to go get lunch at the Pizza Hut and there was no one there Finally when she arrived all she kept talking about was going on break . she was serving a Hispanic Lady and she was sooo rude it was ridiculous just because she had an accent smh ... Then came my turn and she kept talking about leaving if the relief doesn't show . Rude. Then after getting the food i went to Starbucks thinking it would be better but it wasnt . There was a young lady standing there with no Starbucks shirt on talking to another Target employee very loudly as if she was in the street talking about non work related things that should not be talked about in the place of business . I wasn't sure to ask for service because she looked at me like i was bothering her . I asked if she was working and she said with a frown "can i help you " After i put in my order she just proceeds and was staring at me the whole time like i did something wrong . When i paid for the drink she just walked off not even telling me it was ready , i had to go to the end of the counter and ask if this was mine while she dashes off . They make Starbucks look bad with these rude employees who have no manners. Im so over this place . they need to do a personnel change in a major way . there between the hours...
Read moreIt's the only Target in the city, but it leaves a lot to be desired. It will carry products for a few weeks and then never stock them again. They don't do price matching even with their own website. The lines are always long to check out. Usually one employee for about 20 customers.. The "market" area is mostly frozen food and lacking in fresh foods, but Giant is nearby if you're looking for that.
Update: The store has continued to go downhill. They have beer and wine now, but you're better off going to D'Vines or Giant. Better selections and cheaper. Most employees at checkout treat you like you're interrupting their day. I had to walk around one employee to bag my own stuff repeatedly because she was just eating candy talking to the cashier. Then another employee came over during this and they were just complaining about their manager not working enough. How ironic! And they are now demanding to see receipts before you leave. To hell with this place. Glad I'm moving away from it.
Like every chain store at this intersection the only reason they're still in business is because of their location and...
Read moreThe target itself is decent, but security is crazy. Andre, the Latino/black security guard has accused me of stealing twice, now. Even after I insisted on showing him my receipt and bag, he still going to accuse me of stealing. On my last trip, he invited downstairs security, police, and additional target security - just to watch me walk out and say to the group “oh she didn’t beep this time”. And watch as the additional security leave as I left.
Mind you, both time I made over $300 purchases. A VR set, and the next toys for my son.
I talked to management about it, and the only thing they had to say about the situation is that he has autism and that’s why he acts that way . Using autism as an excuse to allow your employees to harass people is insane. In the most humble way possible, I make too much money to have these kind of problems in my life. I’m going to shop elsewhere now where they don’t question my...
