Rachel is an OUTSTANDING yoga instructor! I attended one of her retreats this weekend and the mediation sessions as well as the yoga instruction was fantastic! I came out feeling very refreshed, well stretched and had an excellent work out. She personalizes the yoga to meet each person in her class where they are. I cannot highly recommend her...
