I've tried to go to this store on two separate occasions. Each time I was met with rude upper management that wasted my time and did little, if anything, to make up for their mistakes in having me wait outside the store after having called to ensure the store was open. Furthermore, their stubbornness in refusing to admit their mistakes and offer any kind of conciliation was truly infuriating. While their collection of furniture is certainly nice (reason for the two stars) they overcharge like crazy. I was able to find the same couch I found in their store for 45% less and in much better condition. Having finally furnished my apartment from other vendors, I've learned that this store has a reputation of consistently rip customers off.
