🚨 AVOID THIS TACO BELL AT ALL COSTS — TOTAL DISASTER! 🚨

This place is an absolute disgrace to the Taco Bell brand. I don’t even know where to start — the food was disgusting, thrown together with zero care. It looked and tasted like garbage. The customer service? Completely unprofessional and clueless. It's like they’ve never been trained or even tasted what they’re serving.

To make things worse, my entire order was WRONG. Not one thing was correct — how hard is it to follow a simple order?! The whole place is a mess: dirty, disorganized, and full of attitude. I honestly don’t know how this location is still open.

Taco Bell corporate should shut this store down immediately. It's ruining your name and turning customers away for good.

If you’re craving Taco Bell and you are in the area? Go to another one! They are consistently out of everything, down to the basics. Their drive through line resembles the section 8 waiting list. Coincidentally, it moves about as fast as the section 8 waiting list. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the drive through is laid out in possibly the most inconvenient time way. It is important to note this is a KFC with Taco Bell items. And not many Taco Bell items. Don’t bother trying to build your order ala cart. If there is not a button spelling out the item, the staff will not ring it up. Even if it is financially beneficial for Taco Bell. Seriously just take your money, time and appetite elsewhere! If like me, you have to find for yourself, may I suggest the grilled chicken chipotle ranch burritos....

The first thing I'll tell you about this Taco Bell is that it's not a Taco Bell it's a KFC / Taco Bell. The second thing I will mention is that the line for the drive-thru is often ridiculously long. Imagine waiting in line for gasoline during the oil embargo of 1973...... So I like to take my chances inside as often as I can. The KFC menu is always available every item. The Taco Bell menu is advertised but often a they claim the items are unavailable. I feel the staff doesn't want to make some of these items because they're more complicated than just giving them the chicken that's laying around. On the rare occasion you can get every item that you order off the Taco Bell menu the food is pretty decent. So if you'd like to roll the dice and check it out it's about a 50/50 chance you'll get what...
